Philosophy

Our philosophy is based on building close, long-lasting relationships with our clients, while providing each one with comprehensive asset management services. We don’t build “cookie cutter” portfolios, nor do we manage clients as such. We take the time to get to know you, to adequately and accurately assess your current situation and your future goals and objectives. Then, we tailor a plan specific to your needs and wants.

Bret Wilson

Bret Wilson graduated from Baylor University with a business degree in 1984. After working in the real estate industry for several years, he returned to Dallas Baptist University where he got his MBA in Finance. He worked at a couple of investment firms before opening Wilson Wealth Management in 2005. To more accurately reflect the company’s focus, it became Wilson Investment Services in 2010 and then Wilson Investment Services, LLC in 2014.

He lives in Rockwall, Texas, with his wife of 34 years, Leslie. They have 3 grown, married children and four Grandchildren. When he’s not advising clients, watching the markets or reading his favorite investment blogs, Bret enjoys playing golf, building rustic furniture, visiting his kids and going on mission trips with the youth at his church, LakePointe Church in Rockwall.
