About Wilson Investment Services

Bret Wilson graduated from Baylor University with a business degree in 1984. After working in the real estate industry for several years, he returned to Dallas Baptist University where he got his MBA in Finance. He worked at a couple of investment firms before opening Wilson Wealth Management in 2005. To more accurately reflect the company’s focus, it became Wilson Investment Services in 2010 and then Wilson Investment Services, LLC in 2014.

He lives in Rockwall, Texas, with his wife of 38 years, Leslie. They have 3 grown, married children and six Grandchildren. When he’s not advising clients, watching the markets or reading his favorite investment blogs, Bret enjoys playing golf and pickleball, building rustic furniture, visiting his kids and and grandkids, and church activities at Crossroads Community Church in Rockwall.
